Zoom Zoom Zoom~~ ^^
so, Mazda held up an event that was absolutely free~
i got to "test drive" the new Mazda MX-5(miata), and *omg don't buy this car* Mazda5
first time really driving out on a track! it was soo exciting! i can't wait until i get to try a real auto-cross! ^^for pictures, use navigation menu on top and go to "picture me" .. or just "click here"
oh, the also cool part of this event! not only it was absolutely
free~ they also gave us free hotdogs and t-shirt! ^^everytime i see a Mazda... it just looks like a toy car for me to
whip it around and leave burnt rubber on the road~
Zoom Zoom Zoom~~~ ^^*update : i had to run out in a hurry so i couldn't finish this entry as i wanted to
so MX-5 (miata) - it was pretty easy car to drive, light clutch, light
car, small and easy~ the event was called "Jinba Ittai"? whatever
that means... the point of that experience (so they say) is to
have *smoothness... yea right, me and kyung said...
they stuck this salad bowl looking thing on top of the hood and made us
drive with golf balls inside that bowl... if you drive smoothly,
the golfballs will stay in that bowl thinggy... whatever!!
funny thing, the moment kyung left the starting point, one ball is
already OUT, and by the first turn, all of them...he made the course in
29 seconds... all balls out... i thought
i was able to do better than that.. well at least the keeping the
golf-ball part... nope~! i lost all the balls in first turn
too~ and got 31 sec... oh, the targetted time
to beat was 34 sec
then, we got to drive Mazda5~! freaking mini-MINI-van~
time to beat was 45 sec... didn't seem that hard~
so James went for it, got 49sec.. then i did, 47sec....
Kyung went for it... 46sec... soo close... i wanna do
that again~!
