That's right.
A word of advice: stretch thoroughly before you golf. My back upper back is totally gone to the point where it feels like somebody's stabbing me when I breathe deeply or bend in certain ways. I don't know if it was from when we went to the driving range or from working out, but it's been a few days since I've done back or shoulders, so I'm thinkin it's golf. With that said, stretch before you lift too!
damn straight! the golf bug is spreading! i'm shooting back down to my normal low 90's mid 90's
now it's time to kick it up a notch and get myself into the 80's on a consistent basis
