    A word of advice: stretch thoroughly before you golf. My back upper back is totally gone to the point where it feels like somebody's stabbing me when I breathe deeply or bend in certain ways. I don't know if it was from when we went to the driving range or from working out, but it's been a few days since I've done back or shoulders, so I'm thinkin it's golf. With that said, stretch before you lift too!

  • damn straight! the golf bug is spreading! i'm shooting back down to my normal low 90's mid 90's
    now it's time to kick it up a notch and get myself into the 80's on a consistent basis :)
