  • Yeah WTF, anybody who works in a restaurant should know what balsamic vinegar looks like, and if he doesn't he should at least check to see what it is he gave you. Did you leave him a tip?

  • i didn't even know what balsamic vinegar was until now. . .haha

  • Hey, Charles..

I am a denver girl.. hehe. How are you doing? Are you okay with everything?

Actually, I am not that good since I am too busy to think something else when I am working.

I hope you can enjoy your time before actually you get a real job after you graduate.

    bye.

  • its actually balsamic vinegar and there are LOTS of different flavors....

  • are you sure kevin?!

  • "White Balsamic Vinegar

A version of Balsamic vinegar that is made with white wine vinegar and grape must (fresh pressed juice with seeds and skins). Traditional balsamic vinegar is made with red wine vinegar, thus providing a deep reddish color which may add a undesirable tint to the food being dressed. The white variety is often used when the color of white sauces or foods will be adversely affected by the dark brown color of traditional balsamic vinegar. White balsamic vinegar is milder and less sweet than regular Balsamic vinegar and is often considered more suitable for use with salad dressings, since it does not have a strong flavor that can be overpowering when used on salad greens."

But it was apple vinegar, my taste don't lie. And that bald waiter did not know what balsamic vinegar was, so... it pretty much tells us that the vinegar that we got was most likely NOT a exquisite white vinegar that compliments the color of white sauces or foods.

plus we asked for it to dip the bread... not as a salad dressing.
